As a key member of our Strategy & Innovation team, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to develop robust 5-year roadmaps, conduct horizon-scanning research, and design scenario-planning frameworks. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity and possesses exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive trends impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks for cross-functional departments
- Create compelling scenario-planning models for long-term business resilience
- Present future insights to executive leadership and board members
- Build and manage a network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Translate foresight outputs into product innovation and market positioning strategies
- Author annual 'Future Outlook' reports for investors and partners
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Experience with horizon-scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills
