- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks, identifying paradigm shifts across AI, biotech, and climate resilience domains
- Lead cross-functional scenario-planning workshops, synthesizing complex data into actionable strategic narratives
- Design and maintain '2026 Innovation Radar' system, tracking exponential technologies and socio-cultural tipping points
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions aligned with 2030 market projections
- Present strategic futures to executive stakeholders, translating foresight into board-ready recommendations
- Build and mentor a global futurist network, fostering future literacy across organizational silos
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario modeling, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling ability with executive presentation experience to C-suite audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, Economics, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC, AFI) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year strategic implementation from foresight work
