Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to identify and prioritize emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings translating complex data into actionable recommendations
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Design and implement strategic roadmaps for market entry in emerging sectors by 2026
- Advise leadership on systemic risks and opportunities related to geopolitical, technological, and societal shifts
- Establish KPIs to track foresight accuracy and strategic implementation success
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future planning roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation journals
