Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and technology forecasting for 2026+ innovations across AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies in partnership with R&D and product teams
- Present future scenarios and disruptive trends to executive leadership and board members
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineers, designers, and domain experts
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global tech summits
- Build and mentor a team of futurist analysts using AI-powered foresight platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum AI, synthetic biology, neuro interfaces)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategy
