Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain multi-year technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market readiness
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives across diverse industries
- Analyze emerging tech patents, academic research, and venture capital trends
- Author white papers and strategic briefs on quantum-AI convergence and neurotech
- Build predictive models using machine learning to forecast adoption curves
- Present findings at global innovation summits and publish in industry journals
- Mentor junior futurists and manage cross-functional innovation sprints
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, R&D consulting, or tech innovation roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Published research in peer-reviewed tech or foresight journals
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., APF, WFS) preferred
- Exceptional storytelling ability for complex technical concepts
