Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive trends impacting 2026+
- Produce scenario-based strategic reports for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product roadmaps
- Build and manage a global network of futurist researchers and industry experts
- Translate foresight insights into measurable KPIs and innovation pipelines
- Represent the company at global forums on future technology and societal shifts
- Mentor junior futurists and establish foresight methodologies across departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, futures research, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of influencing C-level strategy with trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology ethics
- Fluency in futures modeling software (e.g., Trendalyzer, Foresight Platform)
