Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight framework across all business units
- Analyze emerging technologies, geopolitical shifts, and socio-economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Create future scenario models and roadmaps for quantum computing applications and biotech breakthroughs
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board of directors
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, keynote presentations, and industry forums
- Mentor junior futurists and build organizational foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future planning roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
