Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology foresight strategy aligning with global sustainability goals
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum computing, bio-integration, AI consciousness)
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government labs for R&D acceleration
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic trends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Drive innovation sprints for human-AI collaboration systems
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of radical imagination
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or advanced R&D
- Proven track record of launching technology roadmaps with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (neurotech, climate tech, AI governance)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry forums
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Portfolio of 2020-2025 foresight projects with documented outcomes
