Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts relevant to our 2026 vision
- Produce high-impact future intelligence reports with actionable recommendations for C-suite stakeholders
- Establish and maintain global networks of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Integrate future-proofing principles into product roadmaps and corporate innovation initiatives
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive leadership and board members
- Mentor junior futurists and build organizational foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, Technology, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (whitepapers, journals, conferences)
- Experience building and managing global futurist networks and communities
