Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping breakthrough technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics)
- Author quarterly 'FutureScan' reports for C-suite executives and board members
- Forge partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and EU Horizon 2030 initiatives
- Design and deliver executive workshops on emerging disruption vectors
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and World Economic Forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent with 8+ years applied foresight experience
- Proven track record of launching technologies with 5+ year market impact
- Expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing applications, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (e.g., Nature Futures, Harvard Business Review)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Experience securing government/VC funding for speculative R&D
- Fluency in at least two future-critical languages (Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish)
