Responsibilities

- Partner with R&D to align innovation roadmaps with future trends
- Establish early-warning systems for paradigm shifts
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and think tanks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term strategic pivots
