Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework using scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging technologies and disruptive business models
- Produce high-impact trend reports and risk assessments for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to translate future insights into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Establish global thought leadership through white papers, conferences, and industry forums
- Design and implement foresight methodologies across organizational functions
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and technological megatrends with quantifiable impact analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong background in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight publications
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
