Responsibilities

- Produce high-impact foresight reports and predictive models for AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech domains
- Architect innovation pipelines that bridge current capabilities with future state requirements
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and global innovation ecosystems
- Mentor junior futurists and build organizational foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futures research with Fortune 500 or tech scale-ups
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and scenario planning methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products or policy frameworks
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field (PhD preferred)
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech trajectories (quantum, AI, synthetic biology, neurotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences and published thought leadership
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
