Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year foresight initiatives using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Develop and maintain a strategic foresight framework for 2026-2030 market landscapes
- Present visionary insights to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D to translate foresight into innovation pipelines and product roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications and influence industry discourse
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Quantify future opportunities through risk assessment and impact modeling
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record in developing long-term strategic frameworks for 2026+ horizons
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and storytelling ability
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, Technology, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic innovation projects
