Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop predictive models forecasting industry transformations and market opportunities
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for strategic decision-making across departments
- Present foresight findings to executive leadership through compelling visual narratives
- Partner with R&D teams to translate foresight into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications positioning Horizon Dynamics as a future authority
- Maintain an ecosystem of futurists and domain experts across global innovation hubs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing predictive models for technology adoption
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and futures research frameworks
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published author in futurism, technology, or strategy publications
- Experience with AI-driven trend analysis tools and sentiment analysis platforms
