Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, geopolitical shifts, and socio-cultural trends to forecast market landscapes through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite decision-makers across 5+ industry verticals
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into R&D priorities and product innovations
- Author high-impact trend reports and predictive models for executive leadership and investor briefings
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government labs, and innovation hubs
- Mentor junior analysts in foresight methodologies and critical future analysis techniques
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario modeling, horizon scanning, and weak signal detection
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in future studies or technology forecasting
- Experience with foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
