Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives analyzing emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with 2026 impact focus
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 clients
- Produce trend briefings and horizon-scanning reports on sociotechnical shifts
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with R&D, product, and strategy teams
- Build and maintain expert networks in emerging tech domains
- Translate complex foresight outputs into executable business strategies
- Represent the company at global innovation conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent with 7+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of producing high-impact trend analyses for enterprise-level decision-making
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep technical understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (whitepapers, journals)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Flourish) and foresight software
