- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and keynote presentations at global industry forums
- Mentor junior analysts in horizon scanning methodologies and trend synthesis
- Collaborate with product teams to embed future-proofing principles into roadmaps
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies or megatrends
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis) and data visualization
- Experience advising C-level executives on long-term strategic pivots
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis for 2020-2025 timeframes
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, neurotech, or climate tech
