Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Quantum Physics
- 8+ years in emerging tech R&D with 3+ in leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on AI or biotechnology
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record scaling technologies from lab to market
- Deep understanding of Singularity University principles
- Security clearance for national innovation initiatives preferred
