Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term foresight frameworks for 2026+ technological and societal evolution
- Lead innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams to prototype future-ready solutions
- Produce high-impact strategic reports and scenario-planning models for C-suite stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry disruptors
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence) in product roadmaps
- Mentor innovation teams in futures-thinking methodologies and strategic foresight
- Represent company vision at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology foresight roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related technical field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized innovations
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIF, WFS) preferred
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
