- Develop innovation roadmaps and scenario-planning frameworks for executive leadership
- Lead interdisciplinary 'Future Labs' prototyping next-gen solutions
- Author thought leadership pieces and keynote presentations at global forums
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into commercialization pipelines
- Advise product teams on future-proofing strategies and market disruption vectors
- Build and mentor a team of futurist researchers and innovation architects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused tech roles
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into business strategy
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: AI ethics, biotech convergence, quantum computing
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning methodologies
- Published thought leadership in futurism/innovation publications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or MBA with innovation focus
- Experience building and scaling innovation labs in enterprise environments
