- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives, translating future projections into actionable strategic initiatives
- Establish and nurture a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic thought leaders
- Architect the innovation pipeline, prioritizing R&D investments with 2026 commercialization horizons
- Develop proprietary methodologies for trend analysis and technology adoption forecasting
- Represent Horizon Labs at global innovation forums and future-focused conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology consulting
