Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) to identify 2026+ opportunities and threats
- Develop actionable innovation roadmaps aligned with company vision and market projections
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product development priorities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Produce trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks for internal and external audiences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into market-winning strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, exponential technologies, and sustainable innovation
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level influence
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (whitepapers, journals)
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
