Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks to map 2026+ technological and societal shifts
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive innovations in emerging markets
- Architect scenario-planning models for global megatrends (quantum computing, climate resilience, neural interfaces)
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions with 5-10 year impact
- Publish thought leadership positioning Horizon Labs as the 2026 innovation authority
- Advise C-suite executives on future-proofing business models and workforce evolution
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional scenario-planning and trend analysis capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in high-growth tech environments
- Deep understanding of global sustainability and human-centric design principles
