Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight framework through market research, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders with clear ROI projections and implementation blueprints
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders to co-create emerging ecosystems
- Author thought leadership content and represent FutureVision at global innovation forums
- Mentor junior futurists and build a future-oriented culture across the organization
Qualifications
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or futurist consulting with proven impact on long-term roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies with measurable outcomes
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, Business Innovation, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio of published foresight work or implemented future-focused initiatives
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, backcasting)
