Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, social, economic, and geopolitical domains
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Innovation Roadmap with quantifiable milestones
- Facilitate executive workshops on future scenarios and strategic implications
- Build and manage a proprietary foresight database with predictive analytics
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and business models
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging futures
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Strong data visualization skills with proficiency in tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Exceptional communication abilities with executive presence
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
