As part of our elite Future Intelligence Division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D pioneers, and global thought leaders to anticipate technological disruptions, market shifts, and societal trends. Your insights will directly shape our product development, investment strategies, and organizational evolution through 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions for emerging markets
- Author high-impact trend reports and white papers published in industry-leading journals
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on exponential technologies and their business implications
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers
- Quantify future market opportunities using predictive modeling and data-driven methodologies
- Advose the C-suite on emerging risks and opportunities in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Published thought leader in futurism with conference speaking experience
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 3-5 year strategic planning implementations
