Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends in AI, biotechnology, climate tech, and quantum computing to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive teams to prepare for alternative futures
- Author influential white papers and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Manage a $5M innovation incubator portfolio evaluating emerging technologies
- Mentor junior futurists and build a world-class foresight analytics team
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify breakthrough investment opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of publishing trend analysis in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and probabilistic forecasting
- Strong command of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and scenario modeling software
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board members
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation initiatives launched from foresight work
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
