Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ horizons across product, market, and operational domains
- Lead scenario planning workshops with executive stakeholders to build resilient future-state roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications and predictive models for industry adoption
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Integrate foresight into product development lifecycle and corporate strategy
- Present future-state narratives to investors, board members, and cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and weak-signal detection
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology) and societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM, APF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-state analyses or trend reports
