What You'll Achieve:
- Develop 5-10 year horizon forecasts for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with design, tech, and business teams
- Author influential whitepapers and keynote presentations at global forums
- Build proprietary foresight methodologies using AI and scenario planning
Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends across technology, geopolitics, and social dynamics
- Design and facilitate strategic foresight workshops for executive leadership
- Create scenario-based roadmaps for organizational resilience and innovation
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate foresight into product roadmaps
- Lead quantitative and qualitative research using advanced analytics tools
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling narratives and visualizations
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a future-oriented culture
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing foresight frameworks for enterprise clients
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI platforms
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Thinking preferred
