- Develop data-driven innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market forecasts
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable initiatives
- Produce executive-ready reports and visualizations communicating strategic implications
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and thought leaders to validate hypotheses
- Mentor junior strategists and build foresight capabilities across the organization
- Monitor emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for disruptive potential
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record developing multi-year innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and quantitative/qualitative research methods
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech stacks (AI, Web3, IoT, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology forecasting
- Experience scaling foresight processes in agile environments
