Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ technology landscapes
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders to map future risk/opportunity profiles
- Produce high-impact trend analysis reports on exponential technologies and societal shifts
- Architect innovation pipelines for quantum applications, synthetic biology, and next-gen AI
- Partner with R&D teams to translate future insights into tangible product roadmaps
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and technology symposiums
- Mentor junior futurists and build cross-functional innovation networks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of AI, quantum computing, and synthetic biology trajectories
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Published author or keynote speaker on technology futures topics
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on strategic innovation
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
