- Establish foresight frameworks to preempt market disruptions and competitive threats
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
- Measure innovation ROI through KPIs and market impact metrics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 10+ years in strategic planning or futurist roles within tech sector
- Expertise in AI/ML ethics, exponential technologies, and systemic change
- Proven track record of launching market-defining innovations
- Exceptional scenario planning and systems thinking abilities
- Experience advising C-suite on future-oriented transformation
- Published thought leadership in futurism/innovation journals
