Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and societal shifts to forecast 2026 business landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks and strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities and risks
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive presentations with actionable recommendations
- Build and maintain a network of industry experts, academics, and innovation leaders
- Integrate AI-driven analytics with human intuition to enhance predictive accuracy
- Mentor junior futurists and champion foresight methodologies across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or corporate innovation roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong data literacy with experience in AI/ML tools and predictive analytics
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex insights for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ foresight projects or published thought leadership
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., ACIF, APF) preferred
