Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI/quantum/IoT/blockchain)
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscapes
