Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts affecting 2026
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic roadmaps
- Partner with C-suite executives to align organizational goals with future trends
- Produce high-impact scenario planning reports for global stakeholders
- Establish innovation pipelines for emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Represent the company at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of strategic anticipation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic foresight methodologies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario-planning capabilities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategic direction
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation publications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from APF or Foresight Practitioners)
