- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients in tech, healthcare, and finance
- Lead scenario planning workshops with executive stakeholders across global markets
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for board-level decision-making
- Drive innovation pipelines by identifying disruptive opportunities in nascent markets
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or R&D leadership within tech/innovation sectors
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy with measurable ROI
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning frameworks
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (peer-reviewed or industry publications)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Experience engaging C-suite audiences with complex future-oriented concepts
