Responsibilities
- Develop predictive frameworks for 2026+ market disruptions using AI-driven trend analysis
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives across diverse industries
- Author high-impact foresight publications read by global policymakers
- Design immersive future-state simulations for client decision acceleration
- Mentor a team of junior futurists using our proprietary Horizon Methodology
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of publishing future-oriented research (Harvard Business Review/MIT Press preferred)
- Expertise in systems thinking and quantitative trend modeling
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent
- Exceptional presentation skills with 500+ audience experience
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Science, or related field
