Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients in AI, biotech, and sustainability
- Present trend analyses to executive boards through data-rich visualizations and narrative storytelling
- Build proprietary forecasting models using machine learning and qualitative research methodologies
- Collaborate with MIT Media Lab partners on cross-disciplinary innovation projects
- Mentor a team of junior futurists through our proprietary 'Future-Casting' certification program
- Author quarterly white papers published in partnership with The Economist
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 5-year trend predictions with measurable impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and systems dynamics modeling
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js) and statistical analysis (Python/R)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience advising C-suite executives in Fortune 100 organizations
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic (for global client engagement)
