Responsibilities
- Develop and implement predictive models for technological adoption through 2026
- Lead scenario planning workshops for emerging tech disruptions
- Conduct horizon scanning across AI, quantum computing, and biotech sectors
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board committees
- Manage research partnerships with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University
- Author annual 'Future State' industry trend reports
- Mentor junior futurists and build strategic foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, tech consulting, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting (Harvard Business Review/MIT Sloan)
- Expertise in AI/ML implementation and ethical frameworks
- Proven track record of translating complex trends into business strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/CFI) preferred
- Experience with Delphi methodology and cross-industry trend analysis
