Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions in AI ethics, quantum computing, and climate tech
- Produce quarterly 'Future Impact Reports' with actionable recommendations for executive leadership
- Establish global partnerships with academic institutions and industry labs to pioneer 2026-ready technologies
- Design and facilitate immersive future-thinking workshops for 500+ stakeholders across 15+ countries
- Oversee the '2026 Innovation Lab' budget ($2M+) and resource allocation for high-impact pilot programs
- Mentor a team of 5 futurist analysts while fostering a culture of intellectual curiosity and experimental thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 8+ years of corporate strategy experience
- Proven track record of developing and executing 5+ year strategic roadmaps in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology) and regulatory landscapes
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, WFS) or equivalent practical experience
- Exceptional data storytelling abilities with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Published thought leadership in foresight journals or major industry publications
- Experience leading global teams across multicultural markets with demonstrated DEI leadership
