- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal foresight capabilities
- Present strategic insights to executive boards and industry forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years experience in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven track record of developing technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Published thought leadership in futurism journals or industry publications
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
