- Translate complex futurist concepts into executable business strategies for executive leadership
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, think tanks, and innovation hubs
- Present visionary insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodology and critical thinking frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence C-level executives
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight publications
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS)
