Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks for technology adoption and market disruption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging trends and disruptive threats/opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Mentor junior strategists and drive innovation culture across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, synthetic biology
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong stakeholder management experience at executive level
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation strategy
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
