- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready features into roadmaps for AI-driven platforms
- Establish cross-industry consortiums to shape standards for ethical AI deployment and climate tech
- Mentor junior futurists while fostering a culture of curiosity and intellectual bravery
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of developing multi-year future scenarios that influenced organizational strategy
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) and sustainability frameworks
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to C-suite and board-level audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published author or keynote speaker at global innovation forums (e.g., Davos, TED)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, causal layered analysis)
