- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026+ business landscapes
- Lead client workshops on future-proofing organizational structures
- Produce quarterly horizon-scanning reports with predictive analytics
- Design innovation sprints for emerging technology adoption pathways
- Mentor junior futurists in applied futurism methodologies
- Partner with R&D to align long-term research with market evolution
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation strategy
- Proven track record of publishing trend analysis or thought leadership
- Expertise in systems thinking and scenario modeling frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI/ML, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future concepts
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Sociology, or related field preferred
- Experience with strategic foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
