Responsibilities

- Represent Horizon at global tech forums and thought leadership summits
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Advise on long-term R&D investments and technology adoption strategies
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of experimental innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech analysis
- Proven expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional data synthesis and trend-prediction capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Strong executive communication with ability to translate complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
