Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech) and their societal impact through horizon scanning and trend forecasting
- Develop future-ready strategic frameworks and innovation roadmaps for 2026-2030
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable product development plans
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership pieces on technological disruption scenarios
- Partner with C-suite executives to align organizational strategy with future market shifts
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of academic, industry, and government futurist networks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 or Silicon Valley experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented technology roadmaps
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership on AI ethics, quantum applications, or human augmentation
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Experience with foresight tools like Delphi method, cross-impact matrices, or causal layered analysis
