Job Description
We are at the precipice of a new era in artificial intelligence. As we look toward 2026 and beyond, QuantumLeap Systems is seeking a visionary Senior Generative AI Architect to lead our core research initiatives. You will be responsible for designing and implementing the next generation of multimodal large language models (LLMs) that will redefine human-computer interaction.
Our mission is to bridge the gap between theoretical quantum computing and practical, scalable AI deployment. If you are passionate about pushing the boundaries of what is possible in machine learning, this is your opportunity to build the infrastructure of the future.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, high-performance generative AI models using state-of-the-art transformer architectures.
- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of large language models, from data preprocessing to fine-tuning and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define product roadmaps for AI-driven features.
- Optimize model inference and training pipelines to reduce latency and computational costs.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI, ensuring models are unbiased, safe, and transparent.
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging technologies, including reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF) and autonomous agents.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in machine learning and deep learning.
- Extensive experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong proficiency in Python and distributed computing systems (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker, Ray).
- Demonstrated track record of deploying large-scale AI models in production environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative startup environment.
