Responsibilities
- Lead the research, development, and deployment of state-of-the-art Generative AI models.
- Optimize model inference latency and cost-efficiency for large-scale production environments.
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate AI agents into consumer-facing applications.
- Design robust evaluation frameworks to measure model performance and bias.
- Mentor a team of ML engineers and data scientists in best practices for MLOps.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or NLP.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of fine-tuning LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA) on custom datasets.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
